Hello! I'm Moni
I'm Moni Hogg, a New Zealand pioneer of Safety Differently and Safety II, with 25 years in health and safety and a decade leading human-centred safety approaches across aerospace, construction, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, horticulture, and more.
Following an employment tenure at Rocket Lab, I have a strong track record teaching at national conferences and for both the New Zealand and Australian professional safety bodies.
My clients regularly become finalists and winners of national safety awards. As a trainer, facilitator, coach and author of Discovering the New View of Safety using Learning Teams, I help organisations discover how contemporary methods create win-win outcomes for their people and their business.
